COVID-19 Procedures

Infection control has always been a top priority for our clinic. Our processes are monitored routinely throughout each day so that when you receive care it is both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about Covid-19 infection control procedures we will be following in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

Our waiting room is open. Masks are required.

  • If you are entering our clinic, you will be required to wear a face mask. Children more than three years old are required to wear a mask, if possible.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the clinic. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the clinic for you to use as needed.
  • As an additional step, we will be using a hospital grade sanitizing fogger using H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide, food grade).
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
  • Please expect your services to continue in a hybrid fashion between telehealth and physical appointments depending on your need and comfort level to help in our social distancing effort

We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 505-424-8777.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and for allowing us to serve you. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcome our patients, neighbors, and friends.
