Our Process

All Intakes require the referral of a primary care physician, after which each patient is clinically assessed by a chosen clinician for purposes of creating an Evaluation with a formal diagnosis.  Subsequently, a Plan of Care is written by the clinician which clearly spells out the type and frequency of treatments. Treatments occur inside the clinic; or by telehealth, or in the home, which require very specific circumstances.

Re-Evaluations occur on an annual basis unless other factors require an earlier Re-Evaluation. For example, significant progress or regression.  Progress Reports and Summary Reports are created with regularity and are always available to the patient or legal guardian(s) with signed consent.
